On Wednesday evening, September 9, 2009, friends of the San Francisco Giants will host the 3rd Annual Benefit for Logan Severance and the Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (FSMA) foundation at Pete’s Tavern in San Francisco.

Logan is a personal friend of Giants Strength and Conditioning Coach, Ben Potenziano. Ben has teamed up with friends and colleagues to host an event to raise awareness and funds for a worthy cause. Also joining in support will be the San Francisco Giants, including Tim Lincecum, Matt Cain, Rich Aurilia, Brian Wilson, Fred Lewis, Aaron Rowand, Edgar Renteria, Jonathan Sanchez, Nate Schierholtz, and newest Giants Freddy Sanchez and Brad Penny.
